Not to be Outdone By Little Brother
Liam didn’t actually graduate this year but there was an awards ceremony as the kids move on to another school next year. He finished 6th grade. This is Liam (on the left) in his class performance of MacBeth. My shy boy did a great job memorizing lines. Liam also walked away with a Presidential Achievement Award, Honors all year, and recognition for being a Math Olympiad. Liam is a smart and respectful kid. That’s from his teachers, not just me.
We just got notified by next year’s principal that he’ll be taking Algebra, the accelerated math class. I’m so glad he doesn’t need my help with math.
He’s funny too. I’m not allowed to tell all the silly stories that happen at home with Liam, but trust me, as quiet as he is in public, he’s silly at home.
I’m so proud of him. What more could I ask for? Well, maybe the days when he used to make me lattes….just sayin’.
