  1. Those small breaks are quite the blessing, aren’t they? Wish your epilepsy breaks could be longer and the seizure monster would leave you forever.

    I left a link to a post I wrote a little over a year ago. Now, thankfully (I think), Tessie’s “bad” seizures are further apart (nearly 3 weeks) but they are much stronger in intensity and can last upwards of 20 minutes. More med changes are on the horizon because her epilepsy specialist is not happy about the level of intensity when she does have one. A constant fight, I tell ya.

    It’s so true. I “get” that I forgot to miss you bit. There’s always so much else to watch for, be aware of, and for me often, worrying that another seizure will come ….watching, worrying, waiting.
